Bio:

I am a graduate student working on my Ph.D in Political Science in Chicago. Originally from Detroit, MI, I received my B.A. in Political Science and African-American Studies. My research interests are around race & gender in American politics. More specifically, I study black counter-politics, particularly black feminism, the politics of hip-hop and police brutality.
